 Medium-bodied,  highly aromatic,  and very complex, this truly superior  single-vineyard  wine  pairs  extremely well  with  fishand  seafood  dishes,  especially  those  delectable  frutti  di  mare.Specials  from  Chef  Pasquale’s  native  region Campania.

Universally  acknowledged  as  one  of Italy’s  very  finest  white  wines,  this  crisp,  dry  classic   makes  a  simply outstanding  partner  for  flavorful  fish and 
seafood dishes, and  antipasti  such as calamari fritti.      

GRECO DI TUFO ~ 36.00 ~

One  of  Italy’s  oldest  and  most  highly-renowned white wines,  this  medium-bodied,  complex, and very  flavorful wine pairs very nicely indeed with seafood dishes  especially of  course  with  those  from  -  Campania!
 

MARMORELLE BIANCO ~ 30.00 ~

Made by award-winning producer Luigi Rubino, this outstanding wine is a medium-bodied, aromatic, and very flavorful, and it pairs especially well with tasty fish and seafood preparations such as Linguine ai gamberi bianco.

ORVIETO CLASSICO AMABILE ~ 25.00 ~

The legendary "Wine of Popes", this one is medium-bodied and not-so-dry, and pairs well with a truly amazing variety of foods, from pastas with white or red sauces to fish, seafood, and light meats such as poultry or veal.

ORVIETO CLASSICO TORRICELLA ~29.00 ~

This is a top-of-the-line, Single-vineyard Orvieto for those who prefer it lighter and drier. Like the Amabile, this wine is extremely food friendly, and it mathches beautifully with antipasti, fish and seafood dishes -
and also with veal.

No mass-market "pinot Grigio" this, but a truly upscale wine from the region which produce the very finest Pinot Grigio wines.With brilliant gold color, clean taste, and mouth filling texture, it pairs beutifully with a very wide range of flavorful dishes such as our Risotto ai granchi
and Mozzarella Ripiena.

PROSECCO " SOFT WHITE" ~ 32.00 ~

Affectionately known as " The Wine of Venice" this frizzante (i.e. only Lightly- sprkling) wine not only makes the perfect aperitivo, but it can also pair very nicely with a surprisingly
wide variety of antipasti and seafood dishes -
or even desserts.

SOAVE CLASSICO SUPERIORE ~ 35.00 ~

The esclusive Classico Superiore appellation indicates a truly superior wine made from grapes grown in selected hillside vineyards in historic fortress town of Soave. Elegant, medium-bodied, and very flavorful, it pairs beautifully with a wide range of fish, seafood and light meat preparations.

VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO ~ 32.00 ~

Without qustion Toscana's finest white wine denominazione, this light-bodied, dry, and elegant wine has a particularly fine finish, and it pairs extremely well with antipasti, and especially of course with the regional frutti di mare and pesce del giorno; specials for wich Pasquale's is renowned.

MERLOT  FRIULI DEL GRAVE ~28.00 ~

Something Special from the Veneto area medium-bodied wine is remarkably smooth, and soft on the palate. What makes it Special however is the fact that this one of the very few merlot that by design pairs with fish and seafood as well as with meat dishes.

AMARONE CLASSICO ~ 70.00 ~

Crafted by renowned oenologist Franco Cesari from100% hand-selected grapes wich have been air-dried for four months prior to pressing, this truly superior wine is first matured in oak for four years, and then for one year in the bottle prior to release. Highly aromatic, flavorful, and with a long, smooth finish, it makes the ideal companion for hearty red meat or game dishes and of course zesty formaggi.

BARBARESCO ~ 70.00 ~

One of piemonte Grande Gente, or "Big Guys" , this full-bodied and complex wine is matured for a minimum of two years in oak prior to release. Highly aromatic and intense on the palate, it naturally makes an outstanding accompaniment for hearty red meat or game dishes.

BARDOLINO ~ 25.00 ~

Made by none other than Franco Cesari, and from the same grapes used in his renowned AMARONE wines, this light-bodied but well structured wine matches very well with light meat or pasta dishes such as Gnocchi Sorrentina and our famous Vitello Donaldo.

No mass-market Chianti this, but a DOCG wine from the ancient Luiano Estate, which is located in the very heart of the Chianti zone. Fragrant and flavorful, it naturally pairs well with a wide variety of pasta and meat dishes.

DOGAJOLO ~ 32.00 ~

Everybody's favorite Super Tuscan, this is a unique blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes which are vinified separately, then blended and matured for six months in small oak casks. Fresh and lively, it pairs very well indeed with a surprisingly wide of pasta, poultry and meat dishes.

MARA (RIPASSO) ~ 35.00 ~

Named after the matriarch of this renowned winemaking family, this full-bodied and very flavorful wine is made by the unique RIPASSO method, which is why it is known to many Italians as "Amarone in disguise". A perfect match for hearty red meat dishes such as Bistecca della casa or Agnello alla brace.

MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO ~ 25.00 ~

Full-bodied, and quite soft on palate, this highly popular
vino da tavola from Abruzzo Region goes especially well with pasta with a rich or spicy sauces, and it also matches very nicely indeed with Pasquale favorites such as  Pollo Boscaiola.

NERO D'AVOLA ~ 35.00 ~

Long renowned for its great white wines, southern Italy is today also produceing some of its most impressive reds - and here is one of them. Medium to full-bodied and similar in style to an upscale Cebernet, this assertive wine makes a great match for hearty red meat or pasta dishes then of course can be accompanied by some great Pecorino cheese as well.

TAURASI (RADICI) ~ 65.00 ~

Made by renowned producer Mastroberardino in the historic Avellino Region east of Naples, this full-bodied and very assertive wine is known today as " BAROLO OF THE SOUTH". Highly aromatic and very flavorful, it has a remarkably long finish. and naturally pairs magnificently with hearty red meat preparation such as Pasquale Agnello al forno con vin cotto di Taurasi.
